Shun Shifu Vargas

Congrats to Shun Shifu Vargas & the Elk Grove Crew!! Those are some great rank advancements, keep up the good work. I also heard that there were quite a few Black belt & degree promotions from other schools as well, congratulations to all of you too!!

You should e-mail Da'Shifu Frier regarding the t/f Shifu Meadows, he is solely in charge of that and in the past, my quickest response from him was private message.

I know you want to show off your tiger degrees and all, especially if you worked your A$$ off for it! I mean, I couldn't wait to show mine off because I spent countless hours training over and over on my tiger material, the tiger fighting sets, alllll my lower material etc! You know what I'm getting at right? just be patient, the tiger is in you, not in the patch :wink
