I heard thru the grapevine that Shifu Elliot Gage got his third degree......congratulations Shifu I'm sure you did great, you're a talented martial artist and you're a asset to the system, well done.

With that being said, You need to jump on me and Shun Shifu Tan's team and join our lessons... That would be a blast training with you!!!

now it crane time so have the icy hot ready for those legs. It is a fun beast to learn, but I can tell you, my legs are always screaming after a lesson.
