All of the indulgences are over, no more excuses........so lets hear your Shou Shu, New Years resolutions.......come on, what are they?

My goal for 2009 is 3rd Brown. There are too many resolutions that I could make to single out one, but working the material on the side of the cards harder, burning more often and generally strengthening my legs are a few I will make off the top of my head.

One of my main goals for 2009 is to learn how to manage my time and not let my time manage me!
I plan on dropping 10 lbs in the next 3 months and then push another 10-15 for the rest of the year!
Promote positive energy stronger than I ever have!

My resolution is to improve each and everyday in my SHOU SHU and the other intangibles will follow, I have an excellent Shun Shifu and an awesome Da shifu so I can't help but to be better and get better......Mr. Cain, EG school.....
