ShouShu - Shou Shu

Congratulations to Shifu Sam Krovitsky (formally of Clovis) now of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on receiving his Black Belt earlier today. Jung Moon spent the week at the newest Moore's in SC fininishing off Sam's Black Belt. So congratulations from everyone at the Clovis Moore's Studio!!!

Is this Three Sky or his son???? Either way, they are the best of people and I'm happy to say "WELCOME TO THE OTHER SIDE, NOW THE FUN BEGINS!!!".... I remember Jung Moon spent a few weeks with me when my school opened and it really set me on the right path.. your in good hands and the road is postive! Congrats on the school and the new black belt!

Sam would be Three Sky's son. So another father and son black belt family.

Shifu Sam Krovitsky here! I would like to thank you DaShifu Freier for all the years of your great and unforgettable teachings, lessons, and patience that has helped me in so many ways! I would also like thank ShunShifu Vargas for all his help and advice. He and his family have been such a inspriation to me coming up in the ranks. Also my grattitude goes out to all the other Shifu's for helping me as well. And of course a great big thanks to Jung Moon for all the detail and attention he provided during my most EPIC black belt test! "whew!!"

I am very proud of my son Shifu Sam. His road to Black belt began almost 8 years ago. I consider this one of the "Rites of Passage" in his journey of life. As his 16th birthday approaches on Dec 18th, this experience for him, along with Jung Moon's detailed, laborious testing has prepared my son for many of the challenges that await him as he begins his manhhod.

His experience coming up in the Moore's ranks as a child has molded him into a wonderful, patient ,and confident student at high school & a well liked intructor at our new school.

I myself would like to personally thank Jung Moon, Da Shifu Freier ( we both owe you our deepest grattitude,sir), as well as the rest of our Shou Shu Masters and those Shifus (too many to mention, but you know who you all are) that provided the encouragement, patience and especially the confidence that when the will is supported, the way is easeir to follow. All the years of camps, seminars and 4-5 times weekly group lessons has rewarded Shifu Sam with a treasure trove of Shou Shu energy that is now, more than ever, proven to have been worth every moment, because now he gets to share it with others who are embarking on a similar journey and serves as the inspiration & encouragement to them.
